About
The owner of Skeeter's Bar and Cocktails, Skeeter is a red-haired redneck who usually hangs around his bar with his drinking buddies Randy Marsh, Jimbo Kern and others. He's most well known for his "We don't take too kindly to your types 'round here..." banter and for asking people who don't like America to "git out". In addition to his work with the Town Council and owning the bar, he's also a well-known protest leader, leading the charge to free Hat McCullogh from prison and in favor of the Iraq War. He's known to attend - and sometimes lead - Town Hall meetings, as well as PTA meetings, and has a daughter. He also drinks a Pabst Blue Ribbon once in a while and takes anger management therapy.

Video Games
South Park: The Stick of Truth
He appears as a merchant in his bar, drinking a Pabst Blue Ribbon and asking the player to enter the basement and defeat a number of rats for him. If the player succeeds in this quest, Skeeter and the Bartender will add them on Facebook. He later makes a post about how killing the rats has allowed the roaches to multiply. The game also reveals he is in anger management therapy.
Fun Facts
- In "Good Times With Weapons", he mentions having a daughter while sitting next to Red, indicating that she may be his daughter.
- In addition to the above, he appears with Craig's Dad, Jimmy's Dad and Tweek's Dad in "South Park is Gay" while Jason is with Jimmy, Tweek and Craig, possibly indicating a relation to Jason.
- He bares somewhat of a resemblance to Thomas Tucker - ginger hair, tall, short legs - and some fans have speculated they may be brothers, cousins or otherwise related.
- He has owned his bar, Skeeter's Bar and Cocktails since at least Season 13 - before then, it was known only as the Bar.
